Return & Exchange
Items can be exchanged* within 7 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
Due to hygiene reason, merchandise such as underwear (inner garments) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us, we strongly encourage our customers to read all product descriptions carefully. Should you have any questions regarding our products (e.g. size), please do not hesitate to drop us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to us through the Chat function for assistance that is located on the bottom right hand side of every page. We will do our best to addressed all you queries.
*Exchange is only applicable for orders in Singapore. In the case of incorrect/defective item delivered, we would borne the delivery fees. For exchange a delivery fee of S$5 is applicable. Alternatively, you may visit our store for exchange when retail operation resumes from 19th June 2020.
